Maturation: 24 months in French Oak Hogsheads. Blended December 2020: 70% Cabernet 30% Shiraz

Profile: Dark cherry, stewed plum, mint, Cigar box and vanilla. Ripe tannins

Cellaring: Bottled August 2021. Best consumed 2024-2030

Analysis: TA 6.6 g/L - pH 3.51 - Sugar 0.7 g/L - Alc. vol 14.8% - Standard Drinks 8.8
