2018 Dry Land Sparkling Shiraz (SOLD OUT)
Sourced from our St Clare estate vineyard, this Sparkling Shiraz is deep ruby in colour with ripe berry aromatics.
This premium, full-bodied wine has been matured in French oak for 18 months prior to re-fermentation.
Tank fermentation has given this wine a delightfully fine bead with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel with further bottle maturation allowing full flavour development. It has intense flavours of ripe mulberry, cherry, rich vanilla, and spice with a long lingering finish.
