2019 Barking Mad Shiraz

VINEYARD - Estate grown at Reillys St Clare vineyard, Watervale. Rich red loam over deep limestone.

FERMENTATION - Cold soaked with prolonged skin contact.

MATURATION - 100% French oak hogsheads, 18 months.

BOUQUET - Intense ripe fruit with a hint of floral.

PALATE - Complex layers of blackberry and licorice with fruit sweetness and spice. Full-bodied with well-balanced oak giving a toasty, vanillin finish.
