Winemaking: Small batch open fermenters. Hand plunging and gentle pressing
Maturation: 18 months in French Oak Hogsheads. 50% Sagrantino 45% Sangiovese 5% Shiraz
Profile: Dark cherry, savoury, blackberry, plum and Cigar box. Crisp natural acid and bold tannins
Cellaring: Bottled March 2022. Best consumed 2025-2030
