2021 Dry Land Sagrantino Sangiovese Shiraz
This wine has been crafted using unique blend between Sagrantino, Sangiovese and Shiraz from two of our estate vineyard sites in Leasingham.
Three varieties of 2021 were hand-picked separately at optimal ripeness prior to open fermentation. Hand plunging and gentle pressing has retained the fine fruit characters prior to 18 months maturation in French oak hogsheads. After maturation, the batches were expertly blended to create this unique style with excellent balance amongst three varieties.
50% Sagrantino, 45% Sangiovese, 5% Shiraz
