This premium fruit has been sourced from elevated sites in the Eden Valley. To maintain its fine fruit characters, it has been handled with great care during prolonged cold soaking and temperature-controlled fermentation.

The result is a fine wine which displays an elegant profile of jasmine, honey and musk.

The palate is of medium body weight with citrus and crisp pear to finish.

Our 2024 Pinot Gris has been produced to be consumed early, but will richly reward those who have the patience to mature it in temperature-controlled cellars.
